Meet Across Privacy Policy

Meet Across helps you compare time zones and plan meetings. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the app, visit our website, or contact us.
Your plans stay on your device
City searches, selected cities, meeting times, and event titles are processed on your device. The city directory is bundled with the app, so searching and comparing times work offline. We do not receive your searches or plans. Your list of cities is saved on your device so it is ready the next time you open the app; it is never sent to us. The app does not keep meeting history or offer cloud synchronization.
The app uses your device's configured time zone. It does not access GPS location, contacts, or existing calendar events, and does not request access to your photo library or microphone.
Copying, sharing, and Calendar
You choose whether to share a plan. Copy message places event details on your clipboard; Share image creates an image on your device and opens the system share sheet; Add to Calendar opens Apple's event editor for you to review, save, or cancel. A calendar account you choose may synchronize the event with its provider.
Shared content can include your event title, selected cities, dates, times, and notes. The apps, services, and recipients you choose handle their copies under their own practices. Sending or synchronizing may require internet access; we do not receive a copy through these features.
Data we do not collect
The app has no accounts, ads, third-party analytics, or cross-app tracking. We do not collect GPS location, city searches, meeting plans, or advertising identifiers through the app, and we do not sell personal information.
Retention and deletion
We do not have a server-side copy of your plans. Deleting the app removes its local app data. Clipboard content, shared images, saved calendar events, backups, and copies shared elsewhere must be managed separately.

Visiting our website
Opening our website is separate from using the app offline. Our hosting provider, Vercel, may process technical information such as IP address, browser information, requested pages, and request time to deliver and protect the site. Website visits do not give us access to your plans. See Vercel's privacy notice.
Apple and other services
Apple handles App Store downloads and purchases; we do not receive your payment card details. Apple and other services you choose may process information under their own policies. See Apple's privacy policy.
Children and changes
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app. Contact us if a child has emailed us personal information. We may update this policy as the app or our practices change; the date above identifies the latest revision.
