Overview

Tally Keys is designed for private, on-device habit tracking.

Data Collection

Tally Keys does not collect, sell, rent, or share personal data.

On-Device Data

Habit names, counts, optional weekly goals, settings, and local tap history are stored on the user's device. This data is used only to display the app's counters, charts, calendar views, and CSV export.

Users can reset individual habits, remove habits from the screen, or reset all app data from Settings. Removing the app may also remove its local data, depending on iOS behavior.

Notifications

If reminders are enabled, Tally Keys asks iOS for notification permission and schedules a local reminder on the device. Reminder settings are not sent to a server.

Analytics and Tracking

Tally Keys does not use third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or cross-app tracking.

Accounts

Tally Keys does not require an account.

Export

If the user chooses Export CSV, Tally Keys prepares a CSV file from on-device habit history and opens the iOS share sheet. The user controls where that file is saved or shared.
